Its still his guild , his actions probably effected other people worse then what it effects you not being able to join it

If the owner of the guild had his guild rights revoked due to warn percentages then you may want to ask him to check whether or not he had granted rights to accept new members to the guild before to certain member ranks, if so then other members of the guild with rights to accept may accept you too:
