Yeah keep us posted here and inform us if it happens again, there was another user that mentioned he was having the same issue a few days ago.

What I've noticed when using push notifications. It will 100% work when the "browser" is opened. JSP does not need to be opened.

However, when the browser is closed, it will not display push notifications.

Whenever I have the browser closed, and receive notifications, as soon as I open up my Chrome, all the notifications will come through.

So in my experience, the browser itself has to be open for the actual browser to send you notifications. Unless the browser is running in the background whenever you close it, I don't see this changing. Because JSP notifications come through the browser, not your computer itself.
