Afaik you can see for yourself with some details writing on the d2jsp notification feature. I'm not at the desk right now so linking you to an Admins post and such with regards to Android Smart Phones is not going to happen right now.

That's funny, because just a few hours earlier, you were posting how tracking a whole forum could be detrimental with site notifications.
