First you need to be familiar with most of the acronyms of the items you’re looking for since a lot of people don’t actually type out the item names or/and are too lazy to type out all the tags/nicknames of items that they’re selling in their FTs, so even if you’re specific in your search you may not be able to find the right result.

For example: Annihilus charn = anni, Gullame’s face = G face etc…

Takes a while to get used to but you’ll eventually get it haha.

well no, one person will type andy face, other one will type andariel's visage, and another one will misstype and use andariels visage

clusterfk starts when you want to find eth 3os armor, cuz what you will get is armors, eth items, 3 socket items

Whelp, they’re missing out on a potential trade opportunity for not advertising their products correctly then. :wallbash:

For me personally, I’m always specific in what I’m looking for so if I take your example for instance if I were to search for 3os eth armor I’d also be specific on whether I was looking for AP, MP or whatever and if I want ED on it or not, stats determine your search results too since for pricy and non-generalized items most people will include stats too.

So if I were to look for a 15 ED AP with 3os I’d search “15/0 3os AP” then I’ll search “15ed 3os AP”.

This is why I add SEO to the bottom of my post with all the different ways people would search for stuff.
But it is possible to search for both the things you listed at once.

Eth (andariel|andy|andys) and inside the parentheses any variation you can think of is the closest you'll get.
The problem lies in it also searches for posts containing eth and any of the andy variables and they don't have to be ordered exactly as stated.
Might be a good idea to make a site suggestion to add a feature to the search function that will search only for things as they're ordered.

Just checked, adding "quotes" makes it search for exact phrases.
Here you go I figured it out:
"Eth andy"|"eth andariel" will only show exactly those 2 phrases and not a combo of the words anywhere in the post.
