The only thing I suggest now is to go on your mobile device and see if tracking topics works on a supported browser for you.
If it does not work on mobile as well as while running Vista, then there's something else wrong that my digging can't bring up.

Seems to be your old browsers then.
IF theres a way to fix it in Vista, its out of my league.
At least try tracking topics and check on PC if you can view them. Might be a work around.

try clean your cookie files in PC browser and check again.

He did this. The problem lies in him running an unsupported browser essentially.

Alright, I tracked 2 topics on mobile, and now in pc I can see them :D
I'll keep on doing it that way when I'll need.

I'll reiterate my other post, even though you have a TT, If you have any further questions, this is the staff list and what they help with. I know they're very busy. I'm sorry Vista isn't supported but I'm glad we found a workaround for you.
