That's ridiculous. JSP is the only site I ever used that requires 2 passwords to log in.. rofl. Even sites that have more IRL sensitive information only use 1 password.

Well, seems that ill be using this new one regardless of the rules. Just got an email that tells me to fill in the recovery stuff, but as stated from me beforehand, i tried multiple times for hours and always get the same error. Support and common sense in here missing big time smh

I'd strongly recommend against that dude. Multi Accounts are not allowed based on the site rules and it specifically says in the Account Recovery guide not to make a multi for account recovery purposes.

I'm not positive about this and a moderator would have to clarify further, but I believe you're risking both of your accounts being locked/disabled this way.

Just work with them and keep giving them what they ask for. You gotta see it from their side - they have to be absolutely sure you are who you say you are. People spend real money to purchase FG from the site all the time and not ensuring the safety of all accounts to the best of their ability in response wouldn't be fair.

Yea, i get that but they ask me to go through a step i clearly stated doesnt work for me , thus i made this post to begin with. I made it clear via the support dm and this post that i cannot follow that revovery step cuz im getting an error which states "This account cannot be recovered". Unless they telle which email is beeing connected to the old account or they fix the error, i cannot do anything to get my old acc back. The circumstances and management in here are crazy, as someone commented above, ive never seen a forum or platform thats as full with bs as this one.

Have you explained to them exactly what you are experiencing and provided screenprints?

The more you post on this multi-account, the more you're putting yourself at risk dude. The best advice that anyone can give you is to continue working with the staff via the approved channels until your issue is resolved. It may take some time, but it's better than having action taken against your old account and this one.

I mean, i can probably take a screenshot of the error message, dunno how that would help besides me just writing... The recovery option asks you for an email adress you believe was used to register (idk which one i used, my main issue)
Then it asks for the place u lived in (i probably used some fake place back then, i was very young and wouldnt have given away my real living place)
Also asks if i ever purchased FG or donated (No) and my full name. Did all this, get the error (note: even tho i dont remember the email adress and place i used back then, i put some in the box that i believe couldve been the ones used)
