Twice. And only jsp is affected.

Do you have a cellphone which you can share your internet from?
If so try sharing your cellphone internet trough your Laptop and let us know if JSP work than.
If it works it's most likely a modem/router problem and i have a solution for you

maybe they went on jsp and spammed f5? jsp added ddos protection, dont try to connect for 1 hour and it should be fine.

Yes it worked using phones internet.

Never heard of a 30 hard reset. I've done this for five and ten minutes already. Attempting thirty now
