I had a friend who went through a similar thing. His messages were never answered, and he sent a message every week for over a month. GL on getting a response, but I've never heard of anyone successfully getting a response using the "contact" button--probably there for decoration.

So my brother just got an email saying his recovery was rejected.

ISO Help to fix this.

He provided Paypal Transaction Ids, all the necessary information. What is the next step?

All you can do is send another attempt away, though as Terps said, I've never heard of anyone ever getting their account back through these means.
I know a couple of people who have lost their jsp recently, every one the creator of the account with similar info, every attempt to recover it rejected.
But, good luck to you, sir.

Thank you for the luck and support. He has resubmitted with more and has offered to send bank statements, copy of driver's license practically anything they need.

Finger crossed for a successful second attempt

Thanks, however ALL of that information was included in his first attempt at recovering his account.

If it's been rejected and all the information that is in that thread was provided then he/she isn't going to get his/her account back.

Well thats just balls. I mean how much more information can you require?

If he's got Paypal transaction ids, how can they reject his recovery?

But I told him to contact them again and offer banking statements and Copy of ID.

I'm not an admin I can't make any decisions I'm just telling you what I know from when I made that guide. If you want more help try pming a Junior Moderator and they'll tell you what to do, unfortunately I don't know what you should do.

U got ur answer in that topic. U can't just do nothing here to help recovery ur brother account. Ur brother is only one who can recovery and get information about his account. I bet any admin will never answer u anything about ur brother account, so u probavly won't get any pm back from them. Ur brother need to use contact or recovery account feature. He will get answer and explanation there.
