So i just got a new mother board and windows 7 installed into my computer (nothing special.. just an average/junk mother board) It's an older computer but it has 1.5 GB of ram, so it should be plenty to run windows 7, but for some reason i'm getting these crazy bad frame drops on youtube.. it never happened before with XP.

So pretty much what happens is when i move my mouse around when youtube is playing it skips around like a bastard, the sound and picture skips.

I've read some shit about it on google, but nothing helped and i can't find a thread that someone made that resolved it in the past.

What i run.. (It's nothing special)

HELP.

actually, 1.5 gigs of ram is not enough to run windows 7 properly, windows 7 uses up to much resources, you should have at minimum 2.

recommend 4 for smooth playng.

Windows 7 uses up a lot of resources.

In our coruse at school (IT) we had a big discussion on this topic.

if you were using Windows 7 starter edition it would be enough (widnwos 7 starter is a version of windows 7 created for low resoruce netbooks)

Id recommend purchasing a 4gb stick of ram, its cheap (like 30$) and you will be fine.
