Intent should totally matter. Someone apparently had to go into my post to read what was written there to approve it being closed, OBVIOUSLY they could tell that it wasn't a bullshit bump. Instead of spending so much time monitoring peoples posts and scrutinizing for reasons to close them, maybe you should work on helping people deal with scammers so maybe it wont take 10 hours to close a scammers account when they blatantly post 2 more SEPARATE posts in the first hour AFTER being accused for the EXACT same item (that's illegal isn't it?) that they are being accused of scamming. 10 hours? It took 20 seconds to clear all the fg onto his multi which you could totally track and ban as well but no, sorry, we are too busy dealing with bumps made too early. Well, it's clear that it is left to interpretation meaning politics will be involved. The people who are your friends will never do anything as bad as people you don't know and anyone you dislike I'm sure will be scrutinized more often than others.
