I have tried different browsers, no solution.

It might be your Anti Virus software's "Safe Searching/Browsing" option that is blocking it, some filtering software will also do this, try temporarily disabling any filtering software/anti virus software and see if it changes anything.

People still don't get that he is having trouble seeing other peoples images , what image hosting site he use himself is irrelevant :zzz:

If its tinypic I read somewhere that unless your inside the US you cant see the links?
Im not sure if this is official or even announced, but that could be your problem

From now on, Tinypic is no longer accepting uploads, nor views of their uploaded pictures from people outside USA.
