The SA team volunteers their time to help when able, we are human and there will be brief occurrences where someone is not actively online. The evidence we ask for and the order of which we ask is for good reason. Point being for the SA Staff Team to review each case accurately and efficiently.
It has already been recommended here a few times that we offer a free service to encourage safe trading which also prevents scamming, which would be using a Mediator.
