Unsure if your route is the same, but I'm in the UK.
I can access my full router by connecting through my service provider [Virgin Media] there is a panel on the router with information for direct router connection. On the router I can put blocks on my family accessing certain things [prohibited websites and apps] I can also unblock features. Mine is currently set to full access.
It could be worth checking this if you can get direct access and change yes and no panels, see if this fixes your issues.
