DMs are a different matter, you may want to try contacting the appropriate staff group.
I have tried DMING a couple, I have not heard back. Again, I reported it about a month or so ago as well and was told if I had problems bring it up again. I lost that particular mods DM/conversation. So, i am putting this out here now to be put in awareness of the mods over all to get it in the hands of who needs it.
