Every reputable auction house is founded by an essential rule: an auctioneer must make available the goods to be auctioned if the bidder was in compliance with the rules of the auction (in this case 10 minute auction, minimum bid met). Otherwise there is no credibility of the auction house. In d2jsp's self interest, it should adopt this standard.

Regardless, the seller in question did in fact violate bullet point six under "Illegal Trades" (https://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=6) because he auctioned items that are he "doesn't have".

You can cry all you want, it’s not going to change.

It’s considered BM by some(although in this case I personally wouldn’t consider it that) but fact remains it’s not against the “rules”

I need to save this post next time your guild leader makes one of his “join our guild its awesome” posts

As stated above, yes it could be seen as BM BUT the seller can sale to anyone they want at any price they want.

In this case, it looks like a simple mistake where the seller did not see your post. We can all move on now.

If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me.

That person isn't getting anything from me, no items, no FG, nothing. So do what you want, I'm out.
