Pull the one memory card that you had added and see if you get the same performance that you had before.
I think I found the issue. Since it was just after the windows reinstall
Some nvidia control panel thing that I had to set to high performance and also some power options in windows 11 that weren’t focused on performance
No more lag spikes now and fast loading screens again
The ram is another issue tho, it’s fine but stupid hp scales 2666 speed down to 2133 or so. And I have some outdated shit motherboard/bios that even after a bios update i still cannot access advanced mode in my bios and change the speed
