If you can get on your phone you should be able to log in to your pc. It is the same account and passwords. Did you change both your regular password and gold password? What browser are you using on your pc and are you getting an error message?

Have you confirmed caps lock is off? Enabled JavaScript/Cookies? Not on a VPN?

Have you checked your email associated with your account to make sure an additional verification isn’t requested?

I just bought a brand new PC and getting everything squared away. My jsp login does not seem to work, and I have tried the account email recovery prompt to no success. It doesn’t show in any of my email folders, which is strange. I have also checked firewall and cookies, and the cloud fare is showing success too.

I am still logged in on my phone, where I am posting right now.

My question is; if I do the password and account recovery process (the full one with the questions), will it log me out of my account here on my phone?

Once you reset your password/gold password the authentication in your mobile phone browser will fail (as the account password/gold password has changed). You will be required to log back in again with your username, password, and gold password to re-authenticate your account.
