While copying formatting of your trade topics may be perceived as bad mannered, they are not violating the site's rules in doing so. Copying the txt formatting has nothing to do with plagiarism, nor trade stealing.

I'd also encourage you to stop spamming these people's trade topics, calling them out for copying your text, as we do, in fact, have rules against trade spamming.
