Okay. Well I'm sorry if you were being genuine but unfortunately this doesn't help me. Thanks for trying though.

I apologize.

Can you think of ANYTHING new that you have installed recently?

Iso help

I haven't installed anything new within the past year or longer, aside from a steam version of Red Alert. And I've played cs2 since then without issues until now.

Do you use any type of mods for the game or any other game that may be causing the issue?

From what I can tell, there are many "solutions" ranging from mods/cheats on other games, to firewall and AV settings, to malware/crypto mining :/

I would try to run a deep scan (pay special attention to the TEMP and %AppData% folders) and see if you catch anything there.

Has anyone experienced this issue? It just started recently.

First problem was I was playing and everything was fine, then when I was going from 1 match to another, I was booked because of a VAC problem. It said something couldn't be validated. I had to reinstall the game to make it work again. Resetting the game and validating the files failed to work.

Just now I was kicked out in the middle of a game, and was given this:

I'm obviously not botting or cheating in any way. No VPN. Nothing that would trigger this kind of response legitimately. I've never had an issue in the 20+ years I've played this game.

You said it started recently, what did you recently change? On or around what date did this issue start occurring? Did you install any new software around that time? Did windows have an update around that time? Check Windows Reliability Monitor: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Security and Maintenance\Reliability Monitor

I don't manually update my pc aside for GPU but I haven't done that in awhile. I haven't changed and done anything recently at all. It's happened twice and started like a week ago. No new software, no updates, no new program, nothing.

It doesn't mean your PC didn't automatically update even if you told it not to (in which case I'd check the reliability monitor). I've disabled Windows Update via services.msc and its seemingly turned itself back on because I ran something that used (unbeknownst to me at the time) windowsupdate.msc as a dependency.
That or Valve probably updated their anti-cheat software to include something you already have installed. I'm not saying you're necessarily cheating either.
