I dont know how to even make those letters with normal keyboard so cannot put it into google translator. IF this is wrong forum, mod can change this to correct subforum.

Hi, maybe this help better

МВД - Ministry of Internal Affairs
СССР - Union of Soviet Socialist Republics

Literally translation lost meaning, but best close is this

Начелник - Prime or major guy on that troop

Караула - Watchtower, placed near bridges or tunnels
If they have special troops for defense on it, they its called

Кордегарда - guards of honor

Внутренние воиска - army for internal affairs

For exmpl, John Snow should wear this on NightWatch.

This is mostly correct.
The only minor correction is that it says “МВД СССР” on top, not “MBA.”

МВД stands for Министерство Внутренних Дел (Ministry of Internal Affairs)
СССР (USSR) stands for Союз Советских Социалистических Республик (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics)

An obscure vid (in Russian) by some collector doing an unboxing of this badge and its history.

No, its wrong.

Middle Hачальники or начелник Караула or Карауле = head/main guy/boss of watchtower

Left внутренние or унитрашњи = internal

Right воиска or војска = army

Google translator is good, but its not that precise. 🤪
