Mediator contacts you both here on jsp and buyer sends the fg to medi, medi tells the seller that he has the fg, you both meet up (buyer and seller) in game (d2r) and do the trade.
After the trade you both contact the mediator to confirm that the item has been transferred to the buyer and medi sends the fg to the seller.
As opposed to the highlighted part, the forum gold will be requested by the site system through a d2jsp PM, which contains every instruction. Once the FG has been submitted, the players will be notified to exchange items and inform the mediator after they've finished. Right after receiving both confirmations, the mediator will (manually) release the FG held by the system.
