im using d2jsp for 3 years, i have 12k posts and i always answered last customers msgs and never got any of my topics closed like that, whats is happening?

You don’t need to say “PM’d” to everyone who posts in your topic, they obviously will get a PM notification and it’s just a tactic to early bump your thread. If you are offering a service such as this you can edit your first post as was already stated in the thread you linked.
