the main thing you want to do is make sure you get the best cpu/mobo combo with compatible ram.
if low on funds, you would sacrifice on the GPU side and just get whatever (something used local/something cheap new)
when you get the funds, all you upgrade is the GPU and you're rock solid for (hopefully) 5+ years.
edit: im still rocking a 7700k/1080 ti on my main rig, first built in 2017 when i only had a 970 for gpu at the time :rofl:
I use 1080ti and a 7700k also, works like magic still.
