On your iPhone, if Safari automatically formats sequences of numbers as phone numbers and you’d like to disable this feature, here are a couple of approaches:

Disable Automatic Phone Number Linking in Safari:
Unfortunately, there is no built-in setting to disable this behavior in Safari on iOS. The automatic formatting of number sequences as phone numbers is a default feature, and there’s no direct way to turn it off.
Website developers can control this behavior by adding specific meta data code to their sites, but as an end user, you cannot disable it globally for all websites on your iPhone

1.
Update AutoFill Settings:
Open your Settings app.
Scroll down and tap on Safari.
Under the AutoFill section, select My Info. You can update the contact associated with your AutoFill settings here.
Alternatively, you can toggle off the Use Contact Info option to prevent Safari from autofilling phone numbers based on your contact information

2.
Remove Phone Numbers from Apple ID:
If you’re encountering phone numbers associated with your Apple ID, follow these steps:
Go to Settings.
Tap on your Name at the top of the screen.
Under Name, Phone Numbers, Email, tap Edit.
Next to the number you want to remove, tap the minus button (−), then tap Delete

3.
Remember that while you can’t globally disable automatic phone number linking in Safari, you can manage specific settings related to AutoFill and your Apple ID. Choose the approach that best suits your needs!

Let me know if nothing works. Otherwise I would have to research how to inject this <meta name="format-detection" content="telephone=no">

Oh nvm it needs to be done on website.
