hmm, my home comp is getting 403 but the laptop im on right now can load it
tried in different browsers to see if it was just saved in cache, but still loads

Definitely weird. I tried it on work PC & home one but both popped up 403. Now it's timing out

What that site's creator meant is that d2jsp is the one that is blacklisted hence why when you click on a link here it gives 403 since it sees it's referred from d2jsp. If you copy and paste the link it will work.

In a google search, I did find d2jsp.org in a list to block bad referrers.
