I truly believe each big plant should have 7 gallons of soil, and not a 15 to 25 gallons amounts. That is ridiculous. Each small plant should have 4 gallons of soil.

As you can see on this picture i used 3x 38L pots for my tomatoes, but these are airpots, it's better to take bigger pots because more soil and so more nutrients.
