I already did all that. Until an admin connects back, I doubt I'll be able to fix that issue.

Hi,

it's preventing me from doing any trades as long as I can't access my gold password, and all solutions failed so far.

Please, help me mods.

what email provider are you using? Hotmail for example in the past was known not to work well with JSPs email systems.

Okay, as you are not getting the email and gmail does indeed work, your only remaining option would be to wait for the manual contact.
