Hope you get your acc back, but I wouldn't hold your breathe. They are very slow and unresponsive when it comes to any kind of support.

Maybe...but i doubt it, i know where i was living when i was a teenager(with my parents). i used the same email address for years and during the time i created the account. only thing i can think of is because i didnt purchase any fg, so they cant prove it that way?
either way it would be such an easy thing to prove if i could actually talk with someone and provide any more info

from my experience a reason for rejected recovery is usually given.

also some email providers do not receive jsp messages properly. i think gmail is a safe bet it usually works on there.

also if you never sent a picture of a photo ID you should also do that, it may help.

the old photo ID you sent them a long time ago may also now be expired and need to send a new updated one.

Ive never been prompted to send a photo ID nor have i been able to get a response from JSP to even communicate that with them, if they would respond back to me i will absolutely send them that



im stumped. maybe ill see if they are hiring, get the job and recover my account myself since they must be short staffed and cant respond back

I left jsp for a while!! Legit like 4 years had to create a whole new account (that account is no longer active I even forget the email and everything for it.) while I was gone some one hacked this account and got it scammer tagged. It took many months but after many months they gave my account back and removed the scammer tag from it!! Give them time they will get it figured out trust me it sucks cause you want your og account but they should get it back to you!!
