If you don't want to further communicate with a user, you can use the block feature located at the top right corner of the PM, there is no regular way to report PMs.

In case someone harasses you via posts in the forum, you can report any post that violates forum rules. These reports will be checked by the site staff, and appropriate action will be taken if needed.

Try not to interact with posts or users that you have an issue with, as replying to spam may also be considered spam. If harassment by a specific user continues, you can gather the links to all of these posts and report them via PM to the staff group responsible for the subforum where this is taking place.
