Trade topics and service topics abide by the same 4 hour bump rule. Creating additional topics within the 4 hour window after you completed your service is why the redundant topic was closed.

My suggestion would be to stick your original thread. If you plan on doing multiple rushes you could state that in your topic. If more than 4 hours pass since your rush topic was created and/or your most recent bump in that thread, you may post a new topic offering the rush.
