I think you are severely bottle necking your Graphics card with your CPU.
I'd try lowering your graphics in game, and consider a CPU upgrade.

that may be out of my wheelhouse... if someone could walk me through that maybe, i can call my buddy later hes pretty good with computers, im pretty basic to the point where unless it says download this, i cant find it. i can open the internet and google, and i can double click the game icon i want to play

Run a disk cleanup
Go to the start menu (or the windows button) and type in disk cleanup

i called my buddy and he walked me through installing it on my secondary drive D: with 4xx free gb and still said no. ill try your solution
