Have you set both monitors to the same refresh rate? Start from 60hz and go up from there. I had similar issue with a TV I hooked up to my setup.

Maybe I'm being dumb and missing something, sorry if that is the case, but if you can set your main screen to either monitor, and extend, and mirror, then what exactly is it that you are missing/not able to do?

Is it that no matter what you set it to, 1 monitor actually shows you something and the other doesn't?

I can’t split them and use them as separate monitors
When I extend the monitors my mouse won’t even go to my second monitor

Have you tried moving your mouse to the other side? Say your main screen is on the right side and your extended is on the left. Have you tried moving your mouse to the right and see if it moves to the other one? You might need to physically swap your monitors placement on your desk to get the screens to warp correctly.

I forgot you could move them like that. Yeah that's easier than physically moving the monitors.

My monitors all have to be plugged into my gpu to function properly if I plug my dp cable to my gpu and my hdmi monitor to an HD slot off the gpu it won't detect. But once I move it back to the gpu it'll detect
