Couple things to try.
Double check to make sure it’s up to date. To update your browser, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner. Then, go to Help > About Google Chrome. Chrome will display the Chrome is up to date message or install any available updates. Should automatically update but wouldn’t hurt to double check.
Next, Go Incognito
A conflicting browser extension might stop it from loading images. The best way to test this is to use incognito mode. Open the three-dot menu and select New Incognito window, or press Ctrl + Shift + N.
Launch Chrome in Incognito mode
If Chrome loads images, you need to look at your installed extensions. You can disable all extensions and re-enable them one by one. This way, you can figure out which extension prevents Chrome from displaying images correctly.
If that doesn’t work, Open Chrome's menu and head to Settings.
From the left pane, click Privacy and security.
Click Site Settings > Images.
Below Default behavior, select the Sites can show images option. Additionally, look at the Customized behaviors section to ensure you haven't added any site to Not allowed to show images.
If that doesn’t work, Navigate to chrome://setings.
Head to Privacy and security > Site Settings.
From the Content section, click JavaScript.
Set Default behavior to Sites can use Javascript.
Check if Chrome shows images.

I'm on pc. I try everythings you say (i try again today) every thing is updated, i had no extensions, i try incognito mode, site can use javascript, site can show image.
If this is not from browser, this should from my computer.
I even try to check windows update, it appear there was an update 2days ago. But can't retaure to old update, so i'm guessing I should reinstall windows, thing i don't want to do atm ..

Yeah i try to remove all extensions too. still not working.
I try to go on ther site like reddit and can see pic, this pissed me off so much ahah
