Not every action that is taken by the staff members is visible to the public. Each reported post gets reviewed and appropriate action will be taken if necessary. Like mentioned before, if you feel like a post is violating the forum rules you can report it and don't engage it any further.

Keep in mind that the team volunteers their time and is human. There are many active users and likely many, many reports.

just need someone with a power trip to do whats needed lel, report and go is the right answer ofc, but when 1 out 250 ppl doing it actually gets a 10 min ban or w.e thats still like putting a bandaid on a river. sadly its been like that for years. even if stuff is being done i know it is, not enough or not long enough bans are happening to make people confident that things are actually being done its a two sided blade and neither side is wrong..
