it is allowed. As long as you don't use other programs not allowed by blizzard.

If it makes you feel better I've been doing that since launch day in 2021. My accounts are still good.

It absolutely is allowed, there's a setting in the blizzard launcher that allows you to check for "Allowing Multiple Instances".

You just can't use any programs that will allow you to CONTROL more than one character at a time. (i.e. lots of guys advertising "legit" level services will join games with 8x at once - that shit is NOT legit and will get you banned).
