I can open the game but when it opens and I need to press to begin the game just closes. Other games work just fine.

Try running the game as administrator
I had a similar issue and that seemed to be enough to fix it

Tried that both with battle.net launcher and the game itself. Didn't work.

Yesterday did a full uninstall /re-install incase of corrupted files but that also didn't work :/

the only thing i can think of is reinstalling the blizz launcher i had this issue with CoD before and it seemed to fix it.

Just did that. Doesn't work.

This is going to sound really odd. But you might try updating your graphics driver or reinstalling it if it is already the most recent version.

I've seen this be a problem before and it only causes issues with a couple games here and there. Makes it seem like an unlikely culprit and easily overlooked.

Have you uninstalled your third party programs?

Is your graphics card fan overheating? Does the fan still work?

specs? most people who complained about crashing in a similar fashion were using onboard graphics which is not officially supported.
