Had an account recovery rejected because well…they don’t tell you.

I am the owner of the account and literally probably the only person with an account from the area I live in in the world.

The account is well over 10 years old, I still use the same paypal and I still use the same email. (Was lost because I was a hotmail user)

I don’t know what to do?

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.

Yes but it won’t let me do another one the only information that I may have gotten wrong was where I lived when I made the account.

I even listed where I used to have to go to send the money to njaguar via post office at first lol

Try again and add even more information. Whatever you can think of relating to the account that only someone who was on it all the time would know.

Past FG purchases and the receipt numbers, orbs, stars, etc.

Does PayPal have a receipt history that goes back 10-15 years?

The accounts from 2008 so 14 years ago…wasn’t overtly active on it so I got tired trying to find old posts in the archive.
Would have been on east/east ladder 🤷‍♂️
To the guy that said what stars and orbs ext…well I bought Fg so I’d have that star which they should already know since the one question is if you have purchased fg and idk what orbs are haha.

Anywho I made another email so I’ll wait for that recovery and keep trying I guess until I get tired or convince them to return my account.

Hi ,

As it would be with any account recovery for any site, for security reasons admins will have to be 100% sure that you're the actual account owner before restoring the account to you.
Sometimes it may require multiple attempts since admins may require additional information on-top of what you've already provided, so don't get discouraged.

Asides from taking into account what post #4 and post #2 said, you did mention in your original post and post #3 that you may have provided the wrong info where the account was created,
this I believe is an essential piece of information so if you're able to provide an accurate address or even better - IP address of where the account was created then it should aid in your account recovery.

For your question about pulling up Paypal transaction history from over a decade ago, I believe Paypal only keeps transaction history up to 7 years but perhaps if you're made a purchase via Paypal then submitting a valid photo ID (drivers license or passport etc..) with the name matching with the your Paypal which you made the purchase with could help too.

Try and submit as much information as possible when opting for an account recovery.

For the account created I wasn’t sure what year I had created it so the only thing that would have been wrong was which township I had been living in.
The overall area still would have been the same.

Doesn’t matter I filled out a few of them now and they are continually rejecting me so I’m assuming the plan is to never confirm me anyways even though I’ve put in very specific information only I would know.

I’d they actually let you know what information they are struggling with in private/email it would help clarify so much easier.
Like ie did I not use my current email that I thought I used 14 years ago for the site.
PayPal doesn’t do receipts from 14 years ago and I’m not going to have receipts from the money transfer done from the local post office ext.
Even provided information on what forum/s I would have specifically used and What trades I would have only done (ie game) gave birthdate ext the star/s I would have had, the account activity (very or not that many posts ext)

Idk just seems like it’s next to impossible or they don’t actually want to recover your account.
