are we allowed to say nigger or is it automatic racism even without context?
just asking because it's pretty normal where i live and we don't have the american context and I've seen people get reported, myself too for saying nigger even though it wasn't meant in american racist context it was just used to describe a black person which is the word's meaning
does anyone know?

I’ve noticed this is as well. Majority of the time when I’m reading some racist vitriol from someone on here, I check their profile and the location is always Europe. Makes sense if its due to a lack of non-English speaking moderation. Most of the moderators of this site are English speaking Americans, seems like.
