Hi Hendrikz,

If you do not feel like you have NOT been scammed then I don’t recommend posting in the SA forums. Accusations should only be made if you felt like you’ve been scammed.

In this instance, it seems like the user has been offline the entire time and has not yet been given the chance to come online -> read your PM requesting a refund -> send you your refund.

I recommend giving the user a chance, if he’s online and ignoring you, then it is reasonable to feel like you’ve been scammed and therefore post a SA topic.

Conclusion : if you felt like you’ve been scammed, post an accusation, if not, wait until you feel like you’ve been scammed before posting an accusation and try to resolve it.

Yeah I wouldn't say he scammed I just know he had real life stuff going on. We did a few trades in past and it's not like him. I just hate to wait months I know he would honor the deal he just hasn't been active in weeks. Thank you

Post #2 and #3 are correct

If you paid for a service that you never received then you need to post in the scammer accusations

As krawk said, usually you should give them time to respond before deciding to create an SA but there's a reasonable amount of time a user can wait for a service posted. He shouldnt have posted the service if he was not able to do it or shouldve refunded if he backed out. The team could collect whatever evidence of this exchange you have for when he does come back.
