Does the guild just go too?
Is there a way to obtain a guild and become the owner/creator?

No, you can't not obtain it unless it is sold or given to you by the current guild leader.

So it permanently stays?
As in the guild name will remain?

If the guild owner does get banned, will the guild name still be in use?

The guild/community I want to join, the leader has been MIA for 5 years. If it was validated the owner passed away is the guild still lost? Is there a co-owner setting for guilds, to create redundancy?

It permanently stays, yes. Guild leader being banned doesn't change anything.



There's no "co-owner" setting, but you can distribute different priviledges between your members.

Can look like this for example:

Hi Lol,

If the guild owner gets banned the guild will stay as is but inactive due to the owner not being able to manage the guild. They will not disband the guild.

However, it’s ultimately up to Kevin on what should be done with the guild - wether it be transferring ownership, disbanded due to not having a suitable replacement, or just left as is.

Guilds have been transferred before without owner consent - I.e ’s guild but that’s typically reserved for special occasions like when a bunch of Trusted Tags and/or Mediators/Moderators are in the guild.
