i need this picture here :

to be put in this picture , so you replace the very left image (which is showing a boat) with my CT-scan above, almost same image dimension used , without deleting the dash-lines/squares .
if you think 250 fg is too less , let me know and i will ask a friend to borrow me some coins
i need it done within 1 day , otherwise i have no use for this !

It should take like 30 seconds in paint to do it, if I was at home I'd do it for free

unfortunately it's showing a wrong concept because of the white space you put inside the image (inside the square)
the square needs to be normally drawn onto the image without deleting any parts of it

will become very pixeled with low res img
