So due to the rules of 1 account per person, i tried to recover my old one which apperantly seems to be FireWaterCrash, because the others i tried gave me "Invalid accountname" and that one does not. It does however give me the error "Account cannot be revovered" without any further details as to why. I´d appreciate assistance regarding this, thanks

There’s actually a pretty handy guide on account recovery that gives you some good pointers as to how to submit your request. Maybe take a quick look and try once more? I don’t believe the site ever deletes accounts.

Thanks for the responses, i appreciate the help. Problem is tho, i tried both of these methods. For the first one, i have to wait a few days apperantly and the second one doesnt work cuz when i try the recovery tool, i get the error "Account cannot be recovered". If an admin could atleast tell me under which email adress my old account is signed in, i could try to get access to it and just password reset... But my main issue is not knowing which email adress i used back then.

Are you sure you read through the recovery guide carefully, provided the examples listed and followed all the rules specified?

Best way to resolve this is to pm kevin and tell him everything you can, including an id picture if you have bought forum gold.

I tried to incld. as much info as i remember as possible in the recovery tab, but everytime i hit submit, i get that error. All i need is either my e-mail name or the deletion of my old acc so i can use this new one, idc either way really. This is so dumb, admins can´t expect me to remember all this stuff after all this time. This is so frustrating...

Theres so many issues with that stupid gold pass even my own familly cant log into d2jsp and i hav about 50 guildies who cant access jsp cause of that gold password crap some never set it up so now they get invalid password
