I love this website and I would like to be a Moderator but I don't know where to start. I know it not a over night thing too. wondering if any one can help me out and tell me some benefits of a Moderator? now can I be one.

Well you will be chosen and offered it.
But to start with you will need a TT or mediator tag to start with.

You shouldn't ask for the tag, it is given to you

Get noticed by the current mod team
Imply that you're interested
Establish a relationship with members of the mod team (Join a guild with a number of mods, or post in their guild chat, etc.)
