I've invited 2-3 good friends of mine to this website and they have gotten disabled within the first few hours without any reason.

We are old D2 friends and with Diablo3 looming, they have decided to make D2JSP accounts to help trade.

I am not sure what to tell them to do differently, but every time they make an account it gets closed.

They have never made an account before on this website and they manage to get only 1-2 hours into the website.

Is there something they are doing wrong?
What should they do to ensure they dont get closed?

Tell all of them to do not make new accounts and use contact feature if they want to know why.

They are 100% New users, that is the issue.

Is d2jsp not allowing any new users? Perhaps it has reached a Maximum user limit?

These 3 friends of mine have NEVER made an account before , and all 3 were closed.

What is the issue?

Are they on your IP? If so, your warn levels may indicate they are a multi account created by yourself, thus them being disabled.

They are local to my city , but not living in my household.

"Friends" fib but IP's don't lie.

The only course of action is to use the contact feature.

Kinda funny I get the same thing when my roomate tries to make an account. D2jsp doesn't want people that speak their mind to have friends use this website. D2jsp hates freedom.

Must be a Lord problem.

I am sure I've logged into d2jsp at their houses over the course of the last 4 years at some point in time.. they are my close friends and I've spent a lot of time at their house gaming on LAN

Would that be reason enough for them to be unable to make an account themselves?
