Hello, this is a serious question, i want to know if on purpose can i have my gold locked on 1-2 years?

As far as I know, there’s no such option - a lock is only applied after a violation of the rules.

If you're addicted enough to where you feel the only way you can stop is by having your gold locked (which btw seems like a nightmare process to fix? Not an instant thing, I've been reading threads and it seems like it can take months to fix) then it's probably best to just change your password to random crap and log out. Then you can recover your password when you're in a more mentally stable spot in life.

I mean you could try to ask for a very long suspension, this could BE possible but being locked should not be possible
