For me no, but if you are having Cloudflare issues you can clear your cache or try incognito mode. Otherwise you will have to wait it out.

was using CF changed to quad9 same thing...

tested multiple browsers
wiped chache

same result

I use Chrome on 2 computers, havent experience any issues (at least today)

site loads fine.

It's something on your side or with your ISP. D2jsp is fine.

For like 10 or 5 min works just fine

and sometimes freezes loading and errors

Sounds like your end, here is some things you could check maybe check firewalls logs/settings, reset your dns or use google dns, are you using vpn?
