Provide as much information as you possibly can such as your photo ID if you've previously been requested for it upon purchasing FG on your account,
that would be a contributing factor towards verifying ownership for your account.
I already sent a message to this link along with a screenshot, but I didn't get a response, the account simply disconnected from my cell phone and my computer at the same time and it wasn't possible to log in, since May I left my gold login passwords, everything automatic, there was never a problem, now I can't log in

I have already sent it twice and another time now including a photo of my driver's license and a print of my previous recovery when I returned to playing in May 2024 as I had stopped playing for a while, and I sent prints of my own email, previously. I don't know what else to send, this would be enough as I have never needed to do this kind of thing before.
