Closed for early bumping, yet all I'm doing is saying thanks and asking for bnets. Not sure how this violates this? The only two bumps I did that wasn't in direct conversation was 5.5 hours and then again 14 hours later.

Where can I go to fight this moderator close of my thread?

any post that's within 4 hour of the last post on your thread (if you're OP) is considered an early bump

Even when saying thanks for trading?

That would close down 80% of those threads then. I can't help it that thread is generating a lot of people buying.

Thanking someone for a trade should be via PMs, not directly in your trade topic. What happenes if you do so, is a type of indirect early bumping.

With a quick search, I stumbled upon this topic: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=104973492&f=258

Please refer to post #4 & #5 in it to get a better understanding about the rule.

If that's truly the case, 70% of the threads should be closed in that subforum then. Everyone says t4t or done. I could pick the first page and find at least 10 that should be closed. That's crazy to me.

yep, its how it is
staff is too small to properly enforce, so it used to be not enforced, now some choose to
its weird for sure but is what it is

Wonder if it's worth becoming a moderator....

Thanks.

Take it with a grain of salt, I’m sure the moderation team do everything in their power to keep the forums clean.
A user who did it once in their trade topic by accident, versus excessive use of the greyzone of saying “T4t”, which adds an indirect bump to your topic each time. Just simply don’t do it, and you will not stumble upon the same problem again.

I've been trading in this forum for over a decade. Have never had a thread closed down for saying t4t. I will take it with a grain of salt...but it's an unknown rule to majority of the forums I trade in. Like I said, if you are going to enforce it...closing one player down, when the rest of the traders are doing it seems crazy. Sure in the light of that rule, it is excessive...most of my threads are going to have the same experience. This one just happened to be hot since runes are trading like hot cakes atm. Whatever...I think if that is a rule moderators are going to start using...they better monitor it fully, not half assed.

Rest assured that the appropriate actions are being taken, there is plenty of threads being closed each day for excessive rule breaking, it’s just that you probably don’t pay attention to it, which is understandable.
