Currently, I'm locked out of my Battle Net account. I currently have a ticket opened and hopefully it'll be resolved soon.

But, my question is; has anyone has such an issue with trying to reset their password with the password link provided and receive this screen?

Are you saying it locked you out after the account recovery?
Unfortunately, a search was not very successful. only thread I was able to find with the URL in your screenshot was auto-removed on another site :/

Some simple troubleshooting steps would be to try clearing the cache/cookies.

Also, have you tried here?

I'm completely locked out of my Account; I cannot say for sure why because I received different explanations from Blizz.

I finally got a semi decent response today to wait 24-48 hours and try the link you posted again.

The issue (for me) is directly from that link. I click on it and boom I get the screen I posted. So logically, I'm assuming it's from too many attempts.

This would be quite possible. They've been through various DDoSes recently, so it's more likely that they're trying now to rate-limit individual IP addresses. Have you tried accessing this link from a different IP address, eg. work or mobile phone?

Several different.

I finally got a decent response from them today telling me to wait 24-48 hours and try again. Hopefully it works.

makes sense cause the link in ur screenshot includes:


hopefully, that is something that goes away and not permanent (24-48 hours is a long time to wait for that to go away).

i would reach back out to them and let them know the link you're redirected to includes that text if you didn't do that originally (might be some flag they can remove if you you jump through some personal identification hoops to prove its your account).

Yup I have several times.

i cant even log on to battle net i was on eariler lastnight it was perfect ,now im trying and it says the password is incorrect on ALL of my accounts, i have no idea whats up or what going on anyone know anything?
