Hello, I've tried several times over the past few months to access my original account. When I request a password reset email, it never comes through. So I used the recovery form and a new email and was told that even though I gave the correct info, there wasn't any help available in getting my account back. Can someone please help me? Nothing I try works.

They will tell you to just keep trying and to include as much info as possible but the track records shows iffy success rates. People usually just make a new account and forget the other one exists even though it's against the rules.

I've been trying since October of last year. I don't know what else to do. I put a lot of work into getting my fg up on that account.

Yeah, if you sift through the general help section you will see quite a few threads of people in the same situation as you and the results of their efforts.

Might help if you include original account name and possible emails when/if a mod reaches out.

He says in the OP that Kevin (i imagine he operates that part of the site) said his information is correct but he can’t give access to it.
Sounds a little misleading, if you have correct info then they would grant access.

There is a chance that the individual in question had a bannable offense, in which case there is no return. If Kevin said that, there is no further discussion or point in continuing trying to get back on said account.

in that case the account should also have the "Banned" tag, right?

Update; got an email saying that my info couldn't be verified and that was the issue. So they have asked for a photo of my ID with my name on it.
